Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Evotrade ("we") is the software division of TaxAccountant.pk, with offices in Rawalpindi and Gujranwala, Pakistan. This policy explains what data we collect through evotrade.io and our software products, and how we handle it.
2. What we collect
Website: contact and waitlist form submissions (name, email, phone, company, message).
Products: account details (name, email, phone), and the business data you enter — sales, purchases, stock, customer ledgers, and payroll records.
3. How we use it
- To provide and operate the software you subscribe to.
- To respond to inquiries and demo requests.
- To notify waitlist members about product launches.
- To improve our products, using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
We do not sell your data. We do not share your business data with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting) or by law (e.g., FBR submission of invoices you initiate).
4. Your business data
Data you enter into Evotrade products belongs to you. You can export it at any time. On subscription end, data is retained 90 days for export, then may be deleted. For TaxAccountant.pk clients, data handling also follows your engagement terms with the firm.
5. Security
Products run on secured cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections and daily backups. Access to client data within our team is restricted to support and engineering staff who need it to serve you.
6. Cookies & analytics
The website uses only essential cookies required for operation. If we add analytics, this policy will be updated and consent requested where required.
7. Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@evotrade.io. We respond within one business day on most requests.
8. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised date.
