Terms of Usage | Evotrade

1. Agreement

These Terms of Usage govern your use of the evotrade.io website and Evotrade software products ("Services"), operated by Evotrade, the software division of TaxAccountant.pk. By accessing the website or subscribing to any product, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

Product subscriptions are billed at Rs. 1,000 per month per product, or Rs. 9,600 per year per product (20% discount). Active TaxAccountant.pk clients receive access free of charge for the duration of their engagement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services — including attempting unauthorized access, reselling access without written agreement, interfering with service operation, or using the Services for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

4. Your data

Data you enter into Evotrade products — sales, ledgers, stock, customers, and payroll records — belongs to you. You may export your data at any time. If your subscription ends, we will retain your data for 90 days to allow export, after which it may be deleted.

5. Service availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Offline-capable products queue transactions locally during connectivity interruptions.

6. Compliance features

Features supporting FBR digital invoicing, tax calculation, and payroll slabs are maintained with professional care by our parent tax practice. However, statutory compliance remains your responsibility; software output should be reviewed by your tax advisor. TaxAccountant.pk clients receive this review as part of their engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evotrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
